Your Tasks

  • End-to-end responsibility for assigned new logo accounts and defining the strategic direction in close consultation with the CRO

  • Responsible for accompanying the entire sales process – from initial contact to final legal and contractual conclusion

  • Building sustainable relationships with (new) customers and relevant stakeholders for long-term business development

  • Design and development of a compelling sales storyline and ensuring coordination within the pod team (partner management, marketing, sales, and process support) and with SAP stakeholders

  • Management of the customer-specific sales approach and relevant sales activities with clearly documented progress

  • Coordination of the preparation of offers, presentations, and contracts, especially for decision-makers at the management level

  • Collaborating with SAP Industry AEs and specialized sales to leverage the full potential of the SAP ecosystem

  • Ensuring smooth customer interactions through close coordination with the pod team and internal interfaces

  • Representing NETCONOMY at relevant trade shows and events to position the company in the market and expand its network

Your Skills

  • +5 years of practical B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on selling complex IT services/digital transformation

  • Relevant industry knowledge of consumer and B2B-centric industries is an advantage

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and closing complex deals

  • Technical understanding of the key aspects of digital transformation

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills at all levels

  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and set priorities

  • Strong goal orientation and a pronounced sales mentality

  • Professional demeanor, persuasiveness, and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 30%) for customer and industry events

  • Business fluent German and English skills
